Last year between December 18th and Christmas day 436 homes went under contract in Salt Lake, Davis and Utah counties combined! I've always known a lot of homes sold during that week, but I didn't realize the number was quite so high! 414 of those homes that went under contract, successfully closed, and 253 of those houses were in Salt Lake County. Interesting, huh?
