Holiday and Winter Statistics

There is all sorts of interesting information you can take away from this graph. The main thing I want to get across is that most people think the winter is a bad time to sell because there are less sales. The truth is that although there are less sales, there is a higher percentage chance of you selling during the holidays and winter months. Plus, as you can see from the blue line, prices generally don't drop just because it's winter.

NOTE: This data is for Salt Lake, Davis and Utah counties combined. If we were to only show Salt Lake statistics the median sold price would be higher.
